Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on demand generation, awareness, and engagement. Provide expertise in segmentation, market positioning, and messaging to meet audience needs.
Lead Japan Marketing efforts within JAPAC, executing targeted, multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle that align with corporate priorities.
Work cross-functionally to shape the marketing strategy, gather insights, and refine plans based on feedback and market trends, ensuring effective use of resources and clear investment priorities.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring high lead quality and timely sales follow-up, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
Be a coordinated member of the Oracle JAPAC Marketing team, working hand in hand with Field Marketing, Global campaign marketing, Digital, Advertising, AR, PR teams, as well as internal domain authorities to understand the customers’ challenges and aspirations
The ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or business management.10+ years of experience in cloud/SaaS and business user marketing.
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and the cloud landscape.
Expertise in regional and field marketing, including digital and live events.
Proven ability to develop and execute coordinated marketing plans, with focus on audience generation and segmentation.
Deep understanding of sales teams' needs and translating business requirements into marketing strategies.
Strong focus on value showcasing and investment arguments.
Solid planning and market segmentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable with presentations and working with executives.
Collaborates with business leaders and advises on content marketing.
Skilled in data analysis, project planning, and problem-solving.
Experienced in modern digital marketing channels and campaigns.
Hands-on, resourceful, and results-driven.
