As a Infrastructure Architect-Technical Lead, you will be responsible for owning large-scale initiatives and providing strategic and tactical guidance across Lilly Research Laboratories IT Infrastructure, including networking, storage, and specialized computing. You will be building upon, improving, and refining a robust, resilient technical architecture that serves as the foundation for Laboratory and Clinical Trial Manufacturing solutions that effectively integrate with Lilly’s enterprise infrastructure architecture.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field OR a high school diploma/GED AND at least 10 years experience working as an IT architect/engineer/tech lead. 10 + years of engineering or design experience, developing complex IT infrastructure solutionsExperience with enterprise-scale IT infrastructure designs including networks, storage, and compute solutions.Experience designing complex IT infrastructure solutions that include cybersecurity best practicesCertification(s) demonstrating expert-level knowledge in one or more IT infrastructure specialty areasQualified US candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$135,000 - $213,400Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
