**ServiceNow FSM Tech Lead - France- Hybrid- Contract role**

For our international client, RED is currently looking for a ServiceNow FSM Tech Lead to support the implementation and validation of the Field Service Management (FSM) module within a new ServiceNow environment.

The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and it's a 3-month contract with a possibility of extension.

The project is based in Paris, and with on-site presence of minimum 3 days per week required.

Desired Skills:

Experience as a Tech Lead on FSM implementations Strong technical experience with at least 1 full-cycle ServiceNow FSM project Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including API development, CI/CD Setup and Custom screen development Familiarity with SDKs and GitLab Experience with @scale or other scaled Agile frameworks Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to mentor and align teams CIS-FSM certification is a plus Fluent in English; French is a big plus
