With a focus on creativity, humanity, and professionalism, Mint offers a supportive, family-oriented work environment and provides full-spectrum digital solutions from end to end. **Overview** + **Technical Leadership & Architecture:** Define system architecture, set up cloud infrastructure, and establish technical standards. + **Task Management:** Break down tasks, estimate time, and manage schedules. + **Code Quality:** Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. + **Team Development:** Mentor and manage the team and developers, and lead technical meetings. + **Operational Management:** Handle real-time incidents and manage onboarding processes. **Responsibilities** + 4+ years of experience in React development (including Redux, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+ & GraphQL). + Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. + 2+ years of experience in managing software development teams, focusing on agile methodologies and project delivery. Experience with code reviews and managing teams and developers. + Excellent communication, mentoring, and technical meeting leadership skills. + Bonus: Familiarity with additional libraries (jQuery, MomentJS), C#/.NET Core, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
