We specialize in designing websites and apps and collaborate with some of the biggest companies in the market, offering a unique opportunity for designers to work on high-impact projects Overview Reporting to the CTO, this role is responsible for providing technical leadership and managing a sub-team (up to 4 developers). The aim is to enhance development processes, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support onboarding and incident management, thereby allowing the CTO to focus on broader management and R&D. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in React development (including Redux, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+ & GraphQL). Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 2+ years of experience in managing software development teams, focusing on agile methodologies and project delivery. Experience with code reviews and managing teams and developers. Excellent communication, mentoring, and technical meeting leadership skills. Bonus: Familiarity with additional libraries (jQuery, MomentJS), C#/.NET Core, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
