Primary Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust machine learning models Monitor and evaluate model performance post-deployment, implementing feedback loops and retraining strategies Stay current with AI/ML research and trends, and proactively suggest improvements or new approaches Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field 4+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in AI/ML-focused roles Hands-on experience with data engineering tools like Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proven excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven commitment to ethical AI practices and understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services Experience in domain-specific AI applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems) Familiarity with data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow) Proven solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
