To have a thorough understanding of the theoretical and technical nature of fund accounting and administrationPerforming quality assurance checks on information received internally from other supporting functionsWorking closely with home locations to resolve queriesTo create, maintain and update procedures for your fundsEnsuring that you comply with all controls and procedures outlined in the procedures manual and general company policiesReviewing and signing off on NAV files of other team membersWorking closely with the Team Leader and Section Managers for on-boarding new transitions from home locationsEnsure all scheduled work is completed by agreed deadlines, checklists are signed and files contain all requiredTo identify efficiencies and area’s for improvement to reduce risk and become more efficientEnsuring that technology available is being fully utilized in the most efficient mannerTo ensure full and proper reporting to the manager of any operational issuesWhere delays are expected to flag any service delivery issues as early as possibleOngoing review of daily controls and communications of any new idea’s or suggested procedural changesTo assist with training and coaching new team members as the group growsWorking with Us:
