It's yours to build. **Technology Consulting, Technologies & Platforms, Service Delivery Center - Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1629658), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Antonio, TX.** Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions customized to meet the client’s business needs. Work as part of a project team to design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Dynamics & Power Platform solutions. Participate in delivery phases of Dynamics & Power Platform solution deployments. Develop specifications and design documents based upon client requirements. Work on configurations such as creating entities, forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards and reports. Document completed configuration following agile build. Conduct unit tests and analyze results to confirm that developed code meets requirements. Provide feedback to team members on the requirement specifications and design documents. Review configurations and builds for completeness and accuracy to design. Capture and review mapping documents related to data integration and migration efforts. Perform data related activities such as export, import, transformation, deduplication and cleansing. Support integration and data migration development and testing efforts. Conduct unit tests and analyze results to confirm that developed code meets requirements. Support user acceptance testing thru the identification and resolution of identified defects. Support deployment of solutions to client’s pre-production environments. Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems with deployed solutions. Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problems. Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions. Collaborates with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment. Must have 3 years of experience with implementing technology solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Must have 2 years of experience with Dynamics CRM configurations, Workflows, Plugins, Javascript, OData, WebAPI, and FetchXML. Must have 2 years of experience with all of the following: · Dynamics CRM integrations and data migrations; · Dynamics 365 third party tools and Dynamics 365 data adaptors; and · 365 automated solution deployments. Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of consulting professionals. Must have 2 years of experience working as a technology consultant for a professional services firm. Must have 2 years of experience counselling and mentoring junior level consultants by providing structured, on-the-job feedback. Must have or be eligible to obtain one of the following certifications within one year of hire: · Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, Exam PL-900 · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Exam MB-910 · Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP), Exam MB-920 · Microsoft Power Platform App Maker, Exam PL-200 Requires domestic travel up to 20% to serve client needs.
