                WHAT DO WE DO ON THE PEOPLE TEAM?

The position will be reporting to the Opex & CAPEX / project profitability and Digital Transformation responsible. The area is responsible for elaborating the monthly opex, capex and projects profitability reports by discussing with each area of project manager the figures, as well as the budget and strategic plan opex and capex figures, preparing the reporting of IOT& Big Data at Excom level, and pushing the business to achieve financial targets.

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

Leverage the IOT& Big Data to the next level, maximising its value, getting the company ready to be invested in and creating relevant value for the group.

Responsible of monitoring and control of budget completion, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the data, deviation analysis and purchases workflow approvals.

Monthly opex and capex analysis and report: Monitor and control of Capex and fixed costs by cost center and analysis and deviations vs budget.

Detect possible delivery risks and help to put measures in place to mitigate them.

Cost Centre SAP information responsible, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the data and keeping it updated.

Prepare presentations for reporting at CFO level.

Prepare monthly management report with an analytical perspective.

AND FOR THAT, WE THINK IT WOULD BE IDEAL FOR YOU TO HAVE…

At Least 3 years in similar roles Degree in ADE, Economics or similar. Complex Models in excel Perfect domain of Excel is a must SAP Knowledge a must Knowledge of accounting principals Technology experience (desirable)
