Job Description We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a complex workcenter (custom Salesforce application) data migration and related system integration initiatives. This role will execute standard BA responsibilities including requirements elicitation, documentation, user story creation, backlog/board maintenance, and coordination across technical and business stakeholders. Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Workcenter data migration (priority workstream). Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Partner with developers, data teams, and QA to ensure clear understanding of migration rules and dependencies. Maintain Agile boards, track progress, and facilitate backlog refinement. Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during migration execution. Communicate risks, gaps, and progress effectively to project leadership. Skills and Requirements 5+ years as a Technical or IT Business Analyst in enterprise system projects. Strong experience in data migration projects (preferably complex, multi-system). Skilled in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and techniques (user stories, backlog management). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
