About the role
Leadership: The Manager for this role is Elyse Philippi. Elyse is based in Sydney and leads our APAC P&C function. As Teammate Experience & Engagement Manager, you will design and deliver engagement initiatives, manage teammate and diversity events, and oversee local social clubs. We will rely on you to enhance in-office experiences across APAC in partnership with local teams to promote our values and belonging. Along the way, you will get to:
Lead the strategic design and execution of teammate engagement initiatives across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. Drive impactful and purposeful teammate events, including celebrations, recognition moments, diversity and inclusion initiatives and offsites. Oversee local social clubs, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and alignment with company values. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to track and analyse engagement and HR metrics, including the annual engagement survey and regular pulse surveys. Translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with leaders to address areas for improvement across the region. Partner with local leaders and teammates to implement initiatives that improve workplace atmosphere, collaboration, and wellbeing.Act as a connector between People & Culture, business leaders, and local teams to ensure engagement efforts are inclusive, relevant, and effective. Provide coaching and support to location leads and engagement champions to amplify impact. Communicate with clarity and empathy, ensuring teammates are informed, inspired, and aligned. Influence decision-making by representing teammate perspectives and advocating for people-first solutions.
