Teamleiter Supply Chain (m/w/d) befristet auf zwei Jahre **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** **Ihre Aufgaben:** + Leitung der Produktionsplanung (Komponenten und Fertigbaugruppen) + Verantwortung für die Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern & Partnern + Zuständig für die Überwachung der termingerechten Planung und Fertigstellung von Produktionsketten am Standort Waidhofen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern + Sicherstellung der termingerechten Belieferung unserer Kunden und zugehöriger Distributionszentren + Verantwortung für die korrekte Inventurdurchführung + Vorantreiben des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses innerhalb der gesamten Supply Chain + Mitarbeit und Leitung von diversen Supply Chain-Projekten + Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des lokalen Supply Chain Teams + Unterstützung bei Lieferanten & Kundeneskalationen **Ihr Profil:** + Kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, alternativ Studium im Supply Chain Umfeld + Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Umfeld + Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung + SAP-Erfahrung in den Modulen MM / PP / WM + Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen + Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsfreude und -geschick + Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) + Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 3.670,00 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich).
