Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Produktions- und Arbeitsprozesse im Bereich der maschinellen Profil- und MetallbearbeitungAuftragsbezogene und effiziente Maschinen- und PersonalplanungTermingerechte und wirtschaftliche Abwicklung aller Produktionsaufträge unter Einhaltung von Auftrags- und LieferterminenSicherstellung der Arbeitsabläufe hinsichtlich Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und UmweltschutzKontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe sowie der UnternehmenskennzahlenFührung, Schulung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des TeamsBereichsübergreifende Projekt- und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen-Bereichen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zum Meister bzw. staatlich geprüften Techniker oder vergleichbare AusbildungMehrjährige Berufspraxis sowie erste FührungserfahrungSicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und den MS Office-ProgrammenIdealerweise Erfahrung in Visual Management MethodenHohe Affinität zum Lean-ManagementFlexibilität und EinsatzbereitschaftHohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und QualitätsbewusstseinSoziale Kompetenz und KommunikationsstärkeAusgeprägte Team-, Lern-, und Einsatzbereitschaft
