**Job Overview**
Oversees day-to-day operations to manufacture products to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.
**Job Requirements**
+ Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
+ Monitoring daily production processes and chairing Tier 2 meetings (SQDCP)
+ Leading, training, and developing the assembly team
+ Ensuring quality standards and supporting quality control
+ Implementing continuous improvements (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TEOA)
+ Recording and reporting relevant production key performance indicators (KPIs)
+ Coordinating resources and interfaces (technology, logistics, maintenance)
+ Active problem solving and conflict management
+ Deputizing for the assembly manager and taking responsibility for the area during new product launches
**What your background should look like**
+ Technical/craft vocational training with further training as a master craftsman or equivalent
+ At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment
+ Proven leadership experience
+ Knowledge and experience in dealing with quality norms and standards
+ Confident manner and good communication skills across various levels and stakeholders
+ Good knowledge of German and English
