You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will be planning, leading, organizing and controlling the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging material to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

How you will contribute

You will:

Be accountable for the Warehouse Operations Plan, Coordinate & Manage Receipt/ Issue/ Disposal of raw/packaging materials and finished good inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Deliver Inventory accuracy objectives and ensure Operational requirements are consistently applied while complying to all boundaries & requirements on a regular basis. Provide appropriate and properly maintained Materials handling/ movement equipment and facility to ensure safe and efficient operations. Achieve AM-Autonomous maintenance and PM-Progressive maintenance Step completion goals for warehouse equipment & SGA teams to eliminate losses & downtime.Lead optimum utilization of Warehouse space; conduct warehouse capacity plan review on a regular basis. Ensure storage and handling of all materials and finished goods adheres to standard palletizing, stacking and storage requirements. Manage and control the replenishment of stock at Distributor’s warehouses, analysis of inventory movements, to ensure inventory level in the supply chain is at manageable level, and no run or overstock situation and product freshness in the trade. Develop & implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for an efficient warehouse operation. Ensure cost targets are met via efficient utilization of equipment, workforce and utilities. Monitor and control materials wastage and variance to generate productivity savings.Be accountable for strong governance & compliance requirements (warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, Quality management system audits etc.) to be in place, Be a champion to meet and/or exceed Safety & Quality requirements and driving ownership among teams.Be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, Align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws.

Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management & handling material movement equipment.Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. The capability to work as the Team Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the team, deploying and managing IDP-Individual development plan for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.Teamleader Interne LogistiekTijdelijke opdracht tot eind 2026Als Teamleader Interne Logistiek sta je in voor de interne flows van grondstoffen, verpakkingen, afgewerkte producten en afvalstromen zodat deze correct worden beheerd van A-Z.Daarnaast beheer je ook enkele facilitaire diensten voor de fabriek en draag je met het team maximaal bij om de productielijnen optimaal te laten draaien.Je geeft administratieve ondersteuning aan het Fuzeo project i.v.m. stockbeheer en transfer.Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team heftruckers en operatoren.Beheer van de magazijnen, grondstoffen, verpakkingen en afgewerkte producten: ontvangst en verzending van goederen en materialen met correcte administratieve flow in SAP en stockbeheer.Organiseren van de interne, logistieke stromen (incl. afval) en werking dozenwasserij.Verzorgen van ondersteunende taken in facilitaire diensten en bijdragen aan dagelijkse aflos.Coördineren en toezicht houden op het toepassen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften, orde en netheid op de werkplaatsen, het arbeidsreglement en interne afspraken.Voorbereiden van audits in de afdeling en opvolgen van acties.Oplossen van operationele problemen.Administratieve ondersteuning aan Fuzeo in SAP. Organiseren van sporadische activiteiten (bvb uitdelen van producten).

Profiel

Je stuurt graag een team aan en je hebt voeling met wat er in productieomgeving gebeurt.Je bent sterk in organiseren en je werkt nauwkeurig.Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je komt vlot in contact met interne klanten en leveranciers,Kennis van de Engelse taal is een pluspunt. Je bent computervaardigheid (MS Office) en je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP.
