The Teamcenter Integration Lead with a Manufacturing background is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter, AWC, Easy Plan and NX software within a manufacturing environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PLM solutions with manufacturing systems, streamline processes, and enhance manufacturing efficiency. The Teamcenter Integration Lead provides technical leadership, configures data management solutions, and ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations. Overall, this role plays a crucial part in leveraging Teamcenter and NX software to drive operational excellence and innovation in manufacturing processes. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience, 3 years in PLM Solution and Design, with a focus on Teamcenter, AWC, Easy Plan, NX and other Siemens products.Hands on Experience with SOA and ITK Customizations is added advantage.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with executing architecture design and troubleshooting critical issues with Siemens tools and frameworks.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Designing and implementing PLM solutions: Utilizing expertise in Teamcenter and NX software to design PLM solutions that align with the specific requirements of the manufacturing processes.Integrating with manufacturing systems: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the integration of Teamcenter and NX software with manufacturing systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.Streamlining Digital Thread Implementation: Implementing best practices and methods within Teamcenter to streamline Digital Thread Implementation of processes, improve collaboration among engineering teams, and enhance efficiency in manufacturing operations.Configuring manufacturing data management: Configuring data management solutions within Teamcenter to effectively manage and control manufacturing data, including Security, Supplier Collaboration, BOM (Bill of Materials), change management, and revision control.Enhancing manufacturing efficiency: Optimizing manufacturing processes by leveraging the capabilities of NX software for 3D modeling, simulation, and CAM programming to improve product design, manufacturing efficiency, and quality.Providing technical leadership: Serving as a technical leader in Teamcenter and NX software, offering guidance, support, and training to users, and project teams on best practices and utilization of the software in a manufacturing context.

Ensuring compliance and quality standards: Ensuring that PLM solutions meet regulatory compliance requirements and quality standards relevant to the manufacturing industry, such as ISO certifications and industry-specific regulations.
