Team Supervisor
Overview The Team Supervisor Program is a formalized program designed to provide hourly candidates with high potential and leadership skills an opportunity to move to a salaried leadership role. The position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of department operations. This position will drive key deliverables to ensure EHS compliance, drive first run quality, troubleshoot line efficiency, track waste, build team capability, and maintain positive employee relations. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of hourly team members to ensure successful execution of daily tasks to support overall plant goals. This role is intended to “Win the Shift”. Responsibilities Achieve Line Efficiency Goals through troubleshooting and team capability Deliver Quality and Safety metrics for the site Provide leadership, training, problem solving and coaching to frontline team Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide direction to the team Ability to manage and communicate effectively with direct reports and effectively communicate upwards. Motivate team members to achieve plan goals through solving daily operational issues Ability to understand / articulate policies and procedures Work with AM Teams Complete daily confirmations in SAP Manage employee attendance in Kronos Administer employee corrective actions as needed Tracking attendance cards Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Communication Demonstrate ability to send and receive information clearly, concisely and on a timely basis. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork/Interpersonal abilities to enable accomplishment of responsibilities with peer groups. Possesses strong group facilitation skills. Deals effectively with conflict.
