The Team Members’ Restaurant (Staff Canteen) Supervisor will oversee the smooth operation of the Team Members’ Restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable and willing to take initiative, ensuring both excellent service and a clean, safe environment for all team members.

\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversees the daily operations of the Team Members’ Restaurant, ensuring timely meal service and food availability\nMonitors portion control and minimize food waste\nEnsures cleanliness and presentation of the Team Members’ Restaurant (tables, counters, service areas, food preparation areas, floors and waste disposal zones)\nAddresses feedback from team members and escalate issues as necessary\nMaintains canteen supplies (e.g., utensils, condiments, cleaning materials) and inform management of replenishment needs\nAssists in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards and ensures compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies\nWash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment\nSupports the kitchen team during busy periods\nDisposes of rubbish appropriately and keep kitchen storage areas organized\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience in a kitchen or Team Members’ Restaurant environment\nBasic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team\nFlexible and willing to work early shifts, weekends and public holidays\nValid Food Handling Certificate \nExperience supervising a small team or leading shifts\n\n
