Team Member Relations Specialist

📍 Winter Haven Hospital | 🕒 Full Time 8:00am-4:30pm M-F | 💼 Non-Exempt

We’re looking for a Team Member Relations (TMR) Specialist to join our team at Winter Haven Hospital.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll partner closely with TMR Managers and Coordinators to support key team resources processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide reporting that helps drive positive outcomes. This position plays an important role in fostering a workplace culture built on dignity, respect, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

Support the TMR team with case documentation, tracking, and coordination of team member relations activitiesAssist in maintaining accurate and compliant records in accordance with internal standards and external regulationsPrepare and generate routine and ad hoc reports related to employee relations activity and team member metricsProvide prompt and professional responses to internal inquiries, maintaining a high level of confidentialityContribute to ongoing initiatives and process improvements within the TMR functionEnsure consistent adherence to BayCare’s policies, procedures, and values

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredExperience:1 year of Human Resources experience
OR 2 years of Customer Service experience
OR 2 years of Healthcare experiencePreferred: Previous HR experience strongly preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
