Position Details:

Location: Mease Countryside Hospital – Safety Harbor, FL
Status: Part-Time | Non-Exempt
Schedule: 7:30am -4:00pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (20 hours/week)

About the Role:

BayCare is currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Team Member Relations (TMR) Specialist to join our team at Mease Countryside Hospital. This role supports the Team Member Relations team by assisting with employee relations processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing key support in documentation and reporting.

Working closely with the TMR Manager and TMR Coordinator, the Specialist helps ensure smooth and efficient operations that align with BayCare’s mission of trust, dignity, respect, and responsibility.

Your Role Within the Team:Support the TMR team with case documentation, tracking, and coordination of team member relations activitiesAssist in maintaining accurate and compliant records in accordance with internal standards and external regulationsPrepare and generate routine and ad hoc reports related to employee relations activity and team member metricsProvide prompt and professional responses to internal inquiries, maintaining a high level of confidentialityContribute to ongoing initiatives and process improvements within the TMR functionEnsure consistent adherence to BayCare’s policies, procedures, and values

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information

Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word)

A customer-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit

Qualifications: 

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Experience:

1 year of experience in Human ResourcesOR 2 years of experience in Customer ServiceOR 2 years of experience in Healthcare

Preferred:

Previous administrative or support experience in an HR or employee relations settingFamiliarity with HRIS systems and generating reports
