Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver client-centered nursing care across various treatment settings including homes, clinics, crisis centers, and recovery programs
· Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate client health needs using clinical expertise
· Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate and support care plans based on physical and mental health needs
· Educate clients and families about disease prevention, medication adherence, and wellness strategies
· Administer medications (oral, injectable, etc.) and monitor medication compliance according to regulatory standards
· Manage infectious disease control and maintain facility and client health and hygiene standards
· Respond to medical emergencies such as injuries or drug reactions and arrange necessary follow-up care
· Consult with physicians or advanced practice providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care
· Review and interpret lab results, physician orders, and client documentation
· Set up and draw labs, assist with exams, and perform procedures as requested by medical staff
· Complete all documentation promptly and in accordance with organizational policies
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
· Must be willing to obtain licensure in additional states if needed
· Must be comfortable providing telehealth services
· BCLS certification required
· ACLS certification preferred
Additional Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance required
· Must pass background check including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screening
· Strong time management and communication skills
· Ability to work calmly and professionally in crisis situations
· Proficient with electronic health records and medical documentation
· Demonstrated ability to work respectfully with individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
· Repetitive hand and finger movements required for typing and writing
· Ability to perform duties involving physical exertion in a typical office or clinic setting
