Position Details:

Location: Concourse Center (with local travel throughout the Tampa Bay Area)
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, specializing in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and team member engagement. You’ll consult with leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on complex workplace matters while supporting compliance and policy adherence.

This position also supports remote consultations and may require occasional local travel for in-person meetings within the Tampa Bay area.
