**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Advanced Collection Mitigation Unit (Boomerang) is an in-house collection portfolio of American Express. This process acquires an expertise of handling high delinquent Cancelled cards before American Express makes the decision to send such accounts to be serviced by Outside agency. With the robust Skip tracing strategy and sound decision making in our interaction, the team is responsible to maximize collection & roll rate prevention for the business.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Graduate with 2-4 years of Card services Collections experience, preferably in Outbound channel.
+ For internal candidates, a minimum of 12 months in the current role in Credit and Collection segments, preferably handling past due accounts.
+ Working model: Hybrid with Rotational shifts
**Preferred Skills**
+ Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
+ Ability to influence with dialogue and lead discussions towards consensus.
+ Demonstrate ability to handle difficult conversations when communicating with cardmembers who are running severely delinquent on bills due to varied reasons.
+ Multi-skilled across Contact center platforms, with knowledge of American Express products, policies & procedures.
+ Result oriented, self-driven, with high level Personal Accountability required to succeed in a Goal driven process.
+ Should possess sound Analytical, Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred. Can handle manual and formatted data to build trends and communicate value stories using data insights.
+ Operate with the highest level of integrity
+ Responsible for assuring all regulatory & compliance requirements are always met in all interactions
+ Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently
