We operate with unparalleled commitment to those who depend on our products and services worldwide to perform their missions.** **JOB SUMMARY:** The Team Member Care Administrator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the team member leave of absence experience, including medical, family, military, and other types of non-work-related leaves. This role plays a key part in ensuring leave processes are timely, accurate, and aligned with our People First Culture, with an emphasis on care, support, and clear communication during life events. In addition to leave administration, the role provides general HR administrative support across areas such as attendance data entry, recordkeeping, project coordination, and employee file management. This position collaborates with team members, Defense leadership, UAW leadership, COEs, process owners, and third-party administrators to promote overall team member well-being and operational excellence. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. + **Leave of Absence Support:** Administer non-work-related leaves including medical, family, military, and other approved absences. Manage leave coding and status updates, address escalated team member concerns, support return-to-work coordination, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless leave experience. Support plant rotations (TBD) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to leave processes. Every interaction should reflect our commitment to a caring, supportive, and seamless experience for our team members during important life events. + **Attendance Tracking:** Maintain accurate attendance records, primarily for our Spartanburg Assembly business, ensuring accurate tracking and proper documentation in alignment with our attendance policy and in collaboration with production leaders. + **HR Process & Administrative Support:** Provide general HR administrative support in areas such as data entry, records management, and project coordination. Assist with employee file organization and digitization efforts, onboarding support, and documentation handling to ensure process compliance and efficiency across core HR functions. + **Team Member Care:** Deliver high-quality front-line support to team members by answering questions, removing barriers, and offering empathetic, timely guidance through life events. Promote team member well-being and contribute to a supportive work environment. + **Continuous Improvement:** Collect feedback from team members, leaders, and HR to identify areas for improvement and help implement process enhancements that streamline operations and improve the employee experience. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. + One (1) or more years of relevant experienced in HR or customer care. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Experience using people technology and benefit platforms. + Experience with time and attendance systems. + Knowledge of benefit programs and legislation related to team member leaves of absence (i.e. Family Medical Leave Act, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability benefit plans). + Previous experience with team member support and care within a manufacturing environment. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
