What We Offer: Direct-hire position with Magna Decostar Clean and safety-focused facility 401(k) program with company match Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life & Disability insurance plans Company-paid holidays What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED equivalent Certified to current SPIS inspection standards or ability to become certified (including eye exam) Experience in automotive assembly or manufacturing preferred Skill in or willingness to learn paint finesse operations Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and quality standards Self-motivated and able to maintain production pace Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and team collaboration What You’ll Do as a Team Member: Inspect front and rear fascia for paint, molding, and handling defects according to BMW standards Perform paint finesse operations and timely defect correction Assemble fascia components using standard assembly tools and error-proofing equipment Follow control plans and work instructions to ensure quality and satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work area Report equipment issues and unsafe conditions to the Production Manager Record and report production data daily Direct non-conforming parts to reprocessing areas Participate in continuous improvement efforts Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
