Job Description:

Are you an experienced Line Operator looking for your next challenge? If so, here at Mars we now have an exciting opportunity for a Line Operator to come and join our factory team! The Line Operator will be responsible for the performance of several machines, processes, pieces of equipment and operational decisions at line level to achieve targets and coordinate resources as required. The Line operator will be responsible to evaluate the performance of the Line and escalate if needed. The Line Operator will also be responsible for ensuring Production and Quality checks are performed in a timely manner to ensure the conformance of each shift is met. The Line operator will need to ensure the area is meeting sanitation and 5S standards of the site as well.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.5 years' experience in high-speed production preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred.Must be flexible to work different hours when needed.

What will be your key responsibilities?

. Responsible for operating Line and adhering to Staffing, GMP, and Safety standards.

. Responsible for performing all Quality and Operational based checks to ensure conformance of each shift.

. Responsible for escalating and Safety, Quality or Operational issues to Production Lead.

. Responsible for completing required trainings on time.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
