Manage all Pre-Delivery operations (CAL, MVL, Rough Road and Ship to Gate counts) Manage Finished Vehicle inspection processes and coordinate on-going review / update of the measurement systems and mandatory process requirements based on customer feedback (GQRS / Warranty / Export Markets) Manage the Finished Vehicle Inventory within plant objectives Manage department direct and indirect manning  Assure Government Regulations, Safety, and Inspection Audits and critical function system reviews are conducted properly and reported to prevent campaigns Coordinate real time plant quality concern feedback to production departments Work with plant personnel to initiate appropriate containment and corrective action  Oversee Pre-Delivery and Finished Vehicle Audits for all pre-build events Manage department costs to meet objectives Develop and Mentor plant personnel on the QOS, coach and train on the appropriate use of standard Quality Tools Champion and deliver the plant Policy Deployment Process for Quality Promote teamwork in hourly and salary workforce
