In this position... 

You will be responsible for “depth and breadth” on all shifts/crews within a department.  You will deliver all department scorecard objectives, owning processes (e.g., constraint management/VRT) and standardization across all workstations. In addition, you will determine continuous improvement opportunities, and serve as a change agent, to drive the Ford Production System.  As the leader of the department, you will be responsible for delivering business metrics while promoting a positive environment of culture, communication and employee recognition.
