Those teams are responsible for delivering and maintaining the systems that enable their Portfolio to support Expeditors' business excellence. The Team Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring their team members, ensuring that they have the training and tools to do their jobs, and supporting their growth so that they and their teams are healthy and performing well. The Team Manager is responsible for ensuring that their teams understand expectations and how their work is tied to Portfolio performance. The Team Manager will manage any enterprise risk, provider relationships, and/or assets as required by the Portfolio Leader. Team Managers need to optimize their teams to achieve their Portfolio's desired outcomes and are biased towards execution. The Team Manager has a general understanding of logistics, their specific domain very well, how to foster DevSecOps, and how the Technology and Process Architectures work to enable Portfolio success.
The Team Manager will manage a domain engineering agile team in building reuseable components based on the business systems architecture, and our solution architecture. This includes supporting our freight and shipment process-based capabilities with focus and a keen sense of urgency. Team members are in Seattle, Dallas, and Chennai.

Additional InformationExpected base salary: $95,000 to $180,000
