**Your responsibilities:**

+ **Efficiency & Process Improvement** : You ensure that the work processes run smoothly, and always keep looking for ways to optimize the planning and take the service to the next level.

+ **Data & performance** : You take a critical look at the numbers and translate them into concrete actions that ensure better customer satisfaction and more success for your team.

**Who we are looking for**
+ You have a **HBO working and thinking level** .
+ You have (preferably) **experience as a manager** within the contact center industry.
+ You have **insight into customer contact and channel developments** .
+ You are available for at least **32 to 40 hours** a week.
+ You can **present and communicate clearly and convincingly** with both your team and customers.
+ In a **demanding environment** , you stay calm and keep an overview.
