This hybrid role requires excellent communication and management skills to lead a dynamic team effectively. **Responsibilities** The Operations Analyst will be a key player in helping Docusign maintain operational compliance with data privacy laws and regulations. As an Operations Analyst you will intake and support multiple Data Governance and Privacy team operational day to day tasks and assist with routine processes relating to requests from customers around privacy rights vendor risk assessments monitor the Privacy mailbox and help support compliance processes operating off defined processes and procedures while escalating appropriately to selected Operations team members The ideal candidate will have a strong operations and project management background managing routine processes and experience in supporting the scaling of support operations using defined processes Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
