We are looking to hire an experienced Team Manager to run a Cross-docking Operation .

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nUndertake receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with the company goods in process, ensuring product is correctly located within the warehouse \nLead Warehouse functional teams and optimising day-to-day performance, including shift sections so that business targets are met or exceeded\nManaging staff performance when necessary e.g. disciplinary matters\nResponsible for the control of Health & Safety, ensuring that all procedures are adhered to\nBuild and motivate the team including recruitment, performance management and ongoing team development\nPlan team resources to achieve operational requirement\n\n

\n\nPrevious warehouse management - desirable\nPeople management - essential\nMicrosoft Office, Outlook, computer literateExcellent communication skills\nExperence in dealing and communicating with shunnters \nYou will be working in a Cross-docking Operation covering an Evening shift \nYour will have up-to 15 direct reports \n
