What you’ll Do

As our Team Manager at Acacia Ridge, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—optimising resources, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring your shift runs like clockwork. From labour planning and safety oversight to KPI management and continuous improvement, you’ll be the driving force behind our success.

Maximise productivity by strategically managing people, equipment, technology, and time Lead and mentor a diverse operations team to exceed performance and quality targets Oversee site activities, including transport coordination and internal stakeholder engagement Champion safety and compliance across all operations Drive continuous improvement in processes and team development Manage performance, career growth, and team culture for direct reports

This opportunity will involve working a Tuesday to Saturday Day Shift Roster. 

What Experience and Education You Need

3+ years of proven operational management experience Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams Knowledge of distribution/logistics operations Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-moving environment Relevant logistics qualifications or equivalent experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A knack for solving complex problems and implementing smart solutions A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency The ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and calm A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
