Ensure production employees work at the highest efficiency while following safety rulesIdentify and correct unsafe behaviorsInform production manager of near miss incidentsProvide training, motivation, support and guidance for employeesComplete daily reviews of production schedules and plansProvide employee performance feedback to managementProvide improvement ideasDrive and enforce initiatives to ensure a safe and clean settingPost daily production order confirmationsEnsure employees have the tools to be successfulAssist lead annual inventory counting eventEnsure pick lists are put in properly in a timely mannerEnsure machines are running properlyEnsure machines are being cleaned weekly

Education: High School

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 6 months

Skills:

Proven ability to lead a team in a fast paced settingHigh attention to detailPrioritization skills
