Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的互动接触。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。
Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.

Qualification:
1-2年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
Working experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Hotel for 2-3years.
能熟练运用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）。
Good computer knowledge（Word、Excel、PPT）.
培训技巧、积极/主动的工作态度/有承受压力的能力。
Good training conducting skills /Positive attitude to work and ability to work under pressure.
中专毕业证书。
College Certificate.
