Job Description

Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure Team in Southeast Queensland (SEQ), these awards bring a secure 10-year pipeline of work.

The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.

How you’ll make a difference

Lead the delivery of structural design for water related infrastructureUndertake reviews of structural design and conduct inspections throughout the design and delivery phasesProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.Collaborate with structural engineers across various regions and support the growth of structural offering within the water business line.

Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng.Demonstrated experience in the design of water retaining structures in accordance with applicable Australian codes and standards.Experience in leading project / technical teams.Proficient in using finite element analysis (FEA) software.An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
