Play a pivotal role in our continuous cruise toward innovation and excellence. **Your responsibilities** + Resolving complex Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) issues that cannot be addressed by offshore or retained teams, both in terms of outbound and inbound transactions. + Act as a bridge, facilitating communication between the IT department, SAP system, and the customer’s infrastructure owners to resolve technically complex EDI issues. + Monitor EDI transmissions, particularly for errors in outgoing billing, and taking proactive steps to rectify them (ensuring at the same time that all the teams impacted by the error are aware of the issue, RCA and timeliness to address) + Provide support in setting up new EDI interfaces with customers, ensuring smooth data exchange and transaction processing. + Document all procedures, processes, and solutions implemented, keeping relevant parties informed and maintaining comprehensive records. + Provide training and support to junior staff members and other departments regarding EDI processes and troubleshooting. **The experience we're looking for** + In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in EDI standards, protocols, and practices. + Strong understanding of SAP systems and other relevant software, along with basic networking knowledge. + Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments and external stakeholders. + Ability to analyze EDI processes, identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements. **The skills for success** Project management, Financial systems, Improve business processes, Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Stakeholder engagement and influence. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
