About the Role
Responsible of Pre-payroll (Time and attendance) calculation for Queretaro manufacturing plants (3), CDMX and QDC. Also, manage the service to all employees in site offering solutions or giving support to doubts and keep the excellent service and correct weekly payment

What You Will Do

Responsible for employee attention in all shifts related to Payroll, payments, payroll taxes, social security, infonavit, bonus, Payroll System, WD, etcResponsible for assisting all area of the plant with matters referring to PayrollResponsible for pre-payroll in TRESS.Pre-Payroll review to ensure closing on time according to the processResignation processHirings Process in TRESSDistribution of +Orden instructions and support to employees in this appReceiving Infonavit (Government Housing Assistance) NoticesReceiving IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) noticesSupervisor module TRESS (user assignment and induction of new supervisors),Keep track of accumulated amounts in the savings fund system for loansVacation review and process in TRESS and Workday systemsRegister of disabilities in TRESS system and Workday (medical leaves)Suspensions and medical leaves reviewReceiving and reviewing payroll anomaliesSavings Box movementsRequest and review of medical reimbursements, travel expenses, bonuses.Payroll FilesPayroll report generation for HR, Finance, Operations, CorporateFollow up on insurance company employee claimsPayroll on boarding process for new employeesCompleting payroll score card and internal reportsAttention and follow-up of alimony paymentsConciliation between Workday and TRESS employee dataResponsible for attending internal/externa/customer/legal agencies audit for Qro CDMX locationsAdditional duties as assigned by supervisor.
