Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. + To ensure timely reporting of Hazards and near miss. + Training to operators on good safety practices + Daily/monthly safety reports/target completion + Active participation in Zero waste to landfill practices + To ensure First time right products by developing Operator. + Identifies top paint defects & implementing action plans for resolution.Daily efficient production planning to meet organisation production target + Daily Line efficiency monitoring, analysis and action plan implementation on losses. + To monitor and control absenteeism, Manpower handling-Deployment, multiskilling. + Maintain accurate & up-to-date records material consumption (paint, Chemical, packaging material etc). + Monitor& control material usage & waste to minimize cost. **Posting Dates:** June 18, 2025 - June 24, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
