CSC is looking for an enthusiastic leader to help grow, develop and lead a team of Client Order Coordinators who hold varied responsibilities including coordinating activities and documentation needed to service our clients: attorneys, paralegals and other professionals employed by the nation’s top corporations and law firms.
What you’ll do for us:
Maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Develop key performance indicators and set clear team goals Delegate tasks effectively and set deadlines Oversee day-to-day operations Monitor team performance and conduct performance reviews Handle customer complaints and address escalations with customers Design and implement process and operational policies Full spectrum of employee management, development, and training Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and rewarding accomplishments Ensure the highest levels of productivity, service, and client satisfaction levels Participate in strategic efforts to bring new customers to CSC and communicate proactively to assess client satisfaction

These are the technical skills, experience, and qualifications that would make someone successful:
5 years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service or corporate production environment and proven ability to manage a high-volume workflow A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees Excellent change management and resource prioritization skills Ability to link day-to-day activities with overarching strategic goalsAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,067.13-85,735.17.
