Job Description

Product Owner

Compliance with the agreed customer service agreement (according to contract)Supports during service and/or tool implementationOperational contact for customer (external customer communication regarding technical service aspects)Responsible for continuous process improvementsAnalyze and derive actions from quality checksCoordinates and/or process technical initial trainings (knowledge transfer to Solution Experts)

People Manager

Motivates, leads, and develops Solution ExpertsInitiates monthly “Performance and Development Dialogue” with each Solution ExpertAnalyze and derives actions from quality checksSupports in conflict and change management (if necessary)

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any related courseMust have a good understanding of a "services business" in a customer service and technical backgroundAt least 3 years' experience in a Team Leader positionDemonstrated Leadership abilitiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problemsStrong verbal and written communication skills are mandatoryMust be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and InitiativeExperience in coaching and staff development is mandatoryAmenable to work on shifting schedules and 100% onsite
