Your Role:

 

Organizes and schedules day-to-day activities of the maintenance group, performing all duties of the group while providing leadership. Responsibilities and tasks:

 

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment, facilities, and utility systemsComplete assigned work orders and troubleshoot with outside contractorsConduct preventative maintenance and repair HVAC and air handling systemsRead blueprints and install utility piping systemsInstall, inspect, test, and repair various plant equipment and systemsDelegate work assignments and verify task completion according to company standardsAct as a technical resource and suggest process improvementsTrain employees in safe and proper operational proceduresAssume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor

    

Physical Attributes:

Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassistedStand, walk, lift, carry, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, climb, twist, or crouch 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma or GED7+ years of maintenance experience 2+ years of leadership or management experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Refrigeration licenseExperience working with Smartsheet Experience using SAP. Effective communication skills.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Ability to operate hand and power tools and perform physical tasks.
