We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our KONE Business Services (KBS) center in Bratislava. In this role, you will lead a team (approx. 14 people) responsible for providing critical administrative support to our customer and service teams in France and Belgium. Your team will manage requests related to contract and equipment inputs in SAP, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and LEAN thinking.Ensure timely and accurate processing of ticketed requests, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning priorities and enabling smooth collaboration.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.Apply Lean UX principles to improve service workflows, prioritizing customer-centric solutions and quick iterations.Provide expertise and hands-on assistance with operational tasks and major projects as needed.Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback loops, and data-driven decision-making.Who We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a shared services or international corporate environment.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French language is of an advantage.Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable.A collaborative and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Experience in applying Lean principles or Lean UX is a plusWhat we offer
