Team Leader- Front Office - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service and operatinal efficiency. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, lead the front office team by example and assist in managing shifts and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
