What you’ll do:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer commitments.Take ownership of service escalations and ensure timely resolution.Present and discuss system uptime reports with customers.Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.

Experience in a service-focused environment with strong customer orientation.Proven leadership of technical teams will prioritised Ability to coach, mentor, and engage people at all experience levels.Resilience under pressure and confidence to handle challenging conversations.Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Flexibility to travel as required, with full Australian working rights.
