• High school diploma or GED, supplemented by five (5) years of experience in heavy equipment operation, water/sewer/stormwater system maintenance, and/or utility construction/pipe laying • Distributions certification level “D” or ability to obtain one within one (1) year • Valid South Carolina driver's license
