We’re looking for an energiser—a people leader who knows operations and thrives on getting things done.

At Stryker, our distribution centre team ensures urgent medical products reach the patients who need them most. In this on-site team leader role, you’ll manage our Kit Build operations team and support the broader pick-pack team as needed. You’ll lead from the front, bring out the best in others and help make healthcare better—every single day.

This role is fully on-site and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What you’ll do

Lead a high-performing team of full-time employees and contractors

Drive performance in our Kit Build and Distribution Centre teams

Direct daily workflow, make quick decisions and keep things moving

Coach and develop your team to succeed

Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of products to our customers

What you’ll bring

Experience in warehousing, logistics or operations

1-3 years of operational leadership experience

A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

Natural energy and the ability to motivate others

Strong communication and prioritisation skills

A passion for creating a positive team culture
