**About Madinat Jumeirah**

**About the Job**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Butler Team Leader** to join **Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
+ Lead the butler team in delivering personalized service by acting as the primary contact for VIP and suite guests, ensuring seamless communication with all departments.
+ Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all guest requests, from simple to complex, are handled promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail.
+ Welcome guests personally upon arrival in the lobby or designated areas, and maintain a visible presence throughout their stay.
+ Proactively anticipate guest needs and guide the team to respond with efficiency, discretion, and courtesy.
+ Support guests with information about hotel services, dining options, resort facilities, and current events, while driving upselling opportunities across the property.
+ Oversee villa orientations and property tours for guests, ensuring a smooth and informative experience that reflects the hotel’s standards.
**About You**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ Two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in F&B is desirable.
+ Fluent in English and an additional language (Russian and European languages are desired).
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience leading a multicultural team.
