Team Leader and Product Owner - Solutions, Data & Analytics

Join a forward-thinking Data & Analytics organization focused on transforming how data solutions are built, delivered, and scaled across the enterprise. As the Product Owner and Team Lead of our Data Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data domains through modern, scalable, and efficient tools. You will guide a multidisciplinary team working on advanced solutions involving automation, ingestion strategies, CI/CD, Streamlit applications, and integration architectures. The team is growing and already delivering tangible results—your leadership will help elevate its impact to the next level.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Develop tools and accelerators in Snowflake, Python, Streamlit

Build and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation

Design solutions for data ingestion, integration, and observability

Drive cross-domain capabilities that reduce redundancy and increase data reliability

Contribute to internal standards, documentation, and reusability frameworks

As Product Owner:

Lead product vision and roadmap for the Data Solutions team.

Translate business needs into actionable backlogs, user stories, and delivery plans.

Collaborate closely with data engineers, platform teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Ensure backlog prioritization reflects both strategic value and technical feasibility.

Monitor adoption and performance of delivered solutions, iterating based on feedback and KPIs.

As Team Lead:

Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of solution developers and engineers.

Advocate for software craftsmanship, test automation, and DevOps best practices.

Foster a culture of technical curiosity, delivery excellence, and ownership.

Guide the team through design and implementation of data tools used across multiple domains.

Partner with other leads to identify reusable components and enable scalable patterns.

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

Strong experience in software development, ideally in backend, scripting, or full-stack environments

Previous experience as a Product Owner or technical delivery lead (agile setting preferred)

Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and systems integration

Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Dagster / Airflow, GitLab/GitHub Actions, Python, Streamlit, dbt, REST

Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical backlogs

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

You value clarity, empathy, structure, and results

 

ASSETS:

Have worked in a Data & Analytics environment, particularly with cross-functional delivery

Have led change in DevOps, CI/CD, or platform enablement initiatives

Comfortable mentoring early-career developers and product owners
