In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) team supports onshore (US) Portfolio Managers, Investment Strategists, Trust Officers, Business owners and content owners working for ‘Bank of America Private Bank’ and ML Wealth Management with respect to Investments, Wealth Management, Trust Operations and Website administration related work. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from two locations i.e. Gurugram & Hyderabad. **Job Description*** Fiduciary Solutions team was set up in 2008 as part of GWIM to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business. Team partners with Trust and other Fiduciary Officers across various trust and estate administrative work streams. The nature of work involves preparing correspondence letters for the clients, preparing BAU/customized reports for stateside Executives, researching client/prospect information for newer business opportunities. Team also liaison with US insurance companies to obtain illustrations on client policies, researching reasons for account statements getting returned and working on some adhoc one-time initiatives for LOB from time to time. **Responsibilities*** The candidate would be required to support client facing teams - Trust Officers (TO) Trust Administrative Officers (TAO) and other Fiduciary officers with respect to Trust and Estate administrative work.
